New playground equipment
We’ll come out ahead as far as expectations
Good financial shape going into next year

Merch Update (Rory Salem, Membership and Merchandise):
got the new sweatshirts, have been selling them, one was sent to Gracie’s memorial site in Boston
the company we’ve worked with is offering an ad-hoc store front; there are multiple merch options (beyond clothing); we then wouldn’t have to hold stock in our homes
may have a clearance sale as we move forward with the new board and choices made
will change from hand delivery by the merch chair to be able to order from the store and have it delivered to home
Lara mentioned re-sale option for merch-will discuss

Leftover bash items and experience items are up for raffle or just sign up
Lunches
Chalk the entry to the school
Still need schedule of events for teacher appreciation week
Michelle mentioned teacher appreciation week schedule; lunches all week
———————————————————————————————————————————
General Discussion Items (Michelle Marshall, VP):
Michelle and Rory spent a significant amount of time re-organizing the PTSA closet earlier this year and it has been disorganized quickly and it would be advantageous to inventory, figure out who has access and what can be re-situated.
End of year, summer conversation with new principal
